These are the people you need to contact to report abandoned or untaxed vehicles, abandoned supermarket trolleys, bulky item removal (free if on benefits or £15 for 3 items), dead animals, debris & spillages on highway, domestic refuse collection queries including lost or stolen bins, flooding on highway, flytipped/dumped rubbish, graffiti & flyposting, gullies (damaged or flooded), highway (obstruction of), signs (maintenance of), streetcare & cleaning, street furniture (theft or vandalism of), street lighting faults, street name plates (theft or vandalism of), vegetation (obstructions of), verges (obstructions of).

Fly-tipping on private land:
This can be a thorny problem to solve. But try contacting the Commercial Team at Environmental Health. They have a team dedicated to commercial matters and can tackle landowners or builders who are creating a nuisance by fly-tipping or littering.

You will need to find out who the landowner is, which you can do by calling the Planning Department’ Enquiry Line on 0117 922 3097. Or as a last resort get a search of the Land Registry on 01452 511 111.
Fly-tipping on private housing:
You can report fly-tipping on private house premises to the Environmental Health Central Team.

Graffitti and flyposting:
Report graffiti and flyposting direct to the Easton & Lawrence Hill Neighbourhood Renewal Office who will pass the details onto Nordic for quick and free removal. Please send us:
