	Penny Germon is the neighbourhood Manager who oversees the neighbourhood management work of both Easton Community Partnership and Community at Heart. Penny is responsible for managing the team and making sure that agencies are working with the Partnership. She looks out for this area at a stratehic level to make sure that it gets the best possible service and that issues are resolved as they should be. 	Stacy Yelland is PR and Communications Officer for Community at Heart and Easton Community Partnership. Stacy produces Up Our Street, a monthly email bulletin and looks after both websites and the community notice boards. She supports groups with events and publicity and is always interested in hearing about ways we can communicate with you better. 	Matthew Cheney is Neighbourhood Facilitator for Community at Heart and Easton Community Partnership. He supports the environment and planning task groups as well as assisting residents with any issues they may have concerning the physical environment.
